What does the term "Service Manager" mean?
Service Manager is the title we use to describe our resellers and our web hosting manager (WHM) program.


How do the Service Manager (reseller) plans work?
Using our advanced Web Hosting Manager control panel, you can easily "create on the fly" virtual server plans to meet any business promotion need. Each account once created will include one of the most advanced control panels and end use management systems available today.


How does your support program work?
Our support policies are very flexible. While you as the Service Manager are expected to act as the primary contact for your company in respect to sales and support efforts, we are available to with work with your client's by request. We provide 24/7 toll free phone and email support.


What if my customer calls you direct?
If your customer contacts us directly for support or inquires about their service plans or pricing we will provide the customer your contact information such that they can contact you directly as their "Service Manager." If your customer has an immediate support emergency we will of course work with your customer respectfully until the matter is resolved.


I'm not a reseller. Can I still purchase the Service Manage plans?
Absolutely.


Are SSL certificates available?
Yes. All accounts include a shared certificate by default. Certificates are available for installation at industry standard rates when you require them.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my account without being charged extra fees?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. The appropriate credits or charges will be applied on the day you choose to modify your account.


What are your Terms of Service (TOS)?

What may happen if the TOS is violated by my customer?
In order to protect your account and the account of other Service Managers, terms of service violations such as hacking or sending unsolicited email may result in an immediate suspension of the account in question. You will be notified immediately if this does occur and we will work with you to return the account to active status as soon as possible.


What is your money back guarantee?
We offer an any month guarantee. If for any reason you choose to cancel service you will be credited back all remaining unused months left in your plan (for example, pay yearly but use only three months, you will receive credit or payment back for the remaining nine months).


Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. We have an active affiliate program available. If you prefer to refer customers to our site, such that we handle billing and support, our affiliate program pays 20% on all paid referrals (after 60 days of paid service). Learn more...
